Paul Meister, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, inVentiv Health

Paul Meister, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv Health, brings more than 25 years
of operating and financial management experience to his role at the company. He also is co-founder of Liberty Lane Partners, LLC, part of a private investment group that acquired inVentiv Health in August 2010.

Mr. Meister previously served as Chairman of the Board of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and Vice Chairman
of Fisher Scientific International Inc. During his tenure as an executive officer of Fisher Scientific from 1991
to 2006, the company's revenue grew at a compound annual rate of 15 percent, and operating income grew
23 percent, as operations expanded from two countries to 27 and sales expanded into 140 countries worldwide. Fisher Scientific International provides services and products to pharmaceutical and biotech companies, medical research institutions, and the scientific community.

Mr. Meister was a Managing Director of The Henley Group, Inc. from 1986 to 1992 and was a Senior Vice President of Abex Inc. from 1992 to 1995.

Mr. Meister holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University. He is a Director for both M & F Worldwide Corp. and the LKQ Corporation; he is Co-Chair of the University of Michigan's Life Sciences Institute External Advisory Board, and he serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Chemistry of Life Processes Institute at Northwestern University.

Joe Massaro, Chief Financial Officer, inVentiv Health

Joe Massaro, Chief Financial Officer for inVentiv Health, has more than 18 years of experience as a finance executive in complex service, distribution, and manufacturing organizations.

Before joining inVentiv Health, Mr. Massaro was a Managing Director at Liberty Lane Partners, LLC, a private investment firm that applies its unique operational and financial expertise to its portfolio companies to achieve above-market returns.

Prior to joining Liberty Lane Partners, Mr. Massaro served in several senior financial and operational roles
at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Senior Vice President Global Business Services and Vice President Corporate Finance and Accounting. In addition, Mr. Massaro served as Vice President Strategic Planning
at Fisher BioPharma Services, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific focused on providing outsourced clinical trial management and logistics to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Mr. Massaro served in various capacities in the advisory business services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers
in Boston.

Mr. Massaro holds a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University. He holds a master’s degree in accounting
and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Robert L. Chandler, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Head of inVentiv Health Communications/Europe

Robert Chandler is inVentiv Health’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Head of inVentiv Health Communications/Europe overseeing the company’s European communications businesses and global brand-building activities. Mr. Chandler is also co-founder of Chandler Chicco Companies, part of inVentiv Health since 2007.

Mr. Chandler is one of the healthcare industry’s most experienced communications consultants. In 1995, he and business partner, Gianfranco Chicco, founded Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA), which quickly grew to become Chandler Chicco Companies (CCC) providing best-in-class PR, digital, medical education, marketing, branding, design, and research and measurement. CCC has won some of the most prestigious awards in the industry, including The Holmes Report Healthcare Agency of the Decade (2000-2010), Healthcare Agency of the Year (2002-2009), Specialist Agency of the Year (2006-2007), and Creative Agency of the Year (2006); and PRWeek’s Number 1 European Healthcare Consultancy (2008-2011), and Agency of the Year & Midsize Agency of the Year (2007). With revenue exceeding $80 million, CCC has offices in New York, London, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Frankfurt and Paris with a global affiliate network spanning 37 markets worldwide.

Previously, Mr. Chandler was Executive Vice-President and Co-Managing Director of Burson-Marsteller’s healthcare practice and president of the agency’s The Biotech Group. He also served as VP/assistant administrator for marketing and public affairs at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.

In 2007, Mr. Chandler was awarded the Ohio University Alumni Medal of Merit and in 2010, he received an Individual Achievement Award from The Holmes Report.

Mr. Chandler has a BS in Journalism from Bowling Green State University; an MS in Journalism from Ohio University; and an MBA in Health Services Administration from Wagner College.

Mr. Chandler sits on the Board of Directors of The Ranney School in New Jersey.

Kris Coombs, Chief Human Resources Executive, inVentiv Health

Kris Coombs leads the corporate Human Resources team. Mr. Coombs has been with inVentiv Health since 2007, leading the talent management team and was previously the head of human resources at Kao Brands, a billion dollar consumer products company with such brands as Jergens, Bioré, and John Frieda Hair Care.

In his role as Chief Human Resources Executive, Mr. Coombs focuses on talent acquisition and management, compensation planning, benefits, global human resources policies and programs, and employee issues related to acquisitions. He is based in inVentiv Health’s corporate headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Mr. Coombs holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Xavier University.

Eric Sherbet, General Counsel, inVentiv Health

Eric M. Sherbet is General Counsel of inVentiv Health. Prior to joining inVentiv Health, Mr. Sherbet served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Foster Wheeler, AG, a $5 billion global engineering, construction, and power company. Sherbet has also held positions with Avaya, Inc.; Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP; and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Sherbet is a member of the New York State Bar Association and serves on its Committee on Securities Regulation.

He is also President of the New York chapter of the Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and is a member of the National Board of Directors, Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.

Mr. Sherbet graduated from the University of Virginia with a concentration in accounting and holds a law degree from the New York University School of Law.

Operations

Mark Dmytruk, President, inVentiv Health Patient Outcomes

Mark Dmytruk is President of inVentiv Health Patient Outcomes, a subsegment of the inVentiv Health Commercial segment. He is based at inVentiv Health’s headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Mr. Dmytruk has extensive experience in the healthcare, life sciences, and diagnostics industries, including emerging and international market development. He joined inVentiv Health from Athena Diagnostics, where he was Vice President of Finance and a member of the executive management team. Prior to Athena, Mr. Dmytruk led Corporate Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he managed merger and acquisition activity worldwide and contributed to revenue growth of more than 300 percent in eight years.

Mr. Dmytruk holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, and an MBA
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Rick Finnegan, Executive Vice President, inVentiv Health Global Commercial Business

Rick Finnegan is Executive Vice President of International Business in the company’s Commercial segment.
In this role, he drives the strategy for expanding the Commercial business internationally and oversees planning for the company’s growth in markets outside the United States.

Since 2009, inVentiv Health’s global footprint in clinical, commercial, and consulting services has grown significantly. This includes the launch of inVentiv Health Japan in 2009, a business that is now among the largest contract sales organizations (CSO) in Japan.

Mr. Finnegan joined inVentiv Health with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, serving in executive roles for a variety of companies ranging from large corporations to start-up ventures.
He served most recently at Glenmark Therapeutics, a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, India, where he led its central/eastern European division as Senior Vice President of Specialty Pharmaceuticals based in Prague, Czech Republic. Prior to Glenmark, Mr. Finnegan spent more than a decade at Merck in marketing leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Director Worldwide of New Products/Anti-Infectives in the Worldwide Human Health Marketing Division.

Mr. Finnegan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and life sciences from the University
of New Hampshire, and he holds a master’s degree from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Kelly Gratz, President, inVentiv Health Commercial Solutions

Kelly Gratz’s most recent responsibilities include serving as President of inVentiv Health Selling Accelerators, championing the integration across the Commercial Division. She has a unique blend of experience, holding senior positions within inVentiv’s communications and commercial divisions, and leading collaborative initiatives across all segments of the business.

Kelly has been at the forefront of ReAgent™, a proprietary methodology to strategically allocate and optimize commercialization resources. Kelly also brings direct experience in driving topline growth for brands in an outsourced, risk sharing model as well as operational experience.

Since joining inVentiv Health in 2000, Kelly has been directly involved in driving multi-channel success for a number of pharmaceutical clients, including Ortho-McNeil Neurologics, Merck, Ethicon, TAP, BMS, Eli Lilly and Company, Genentech, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Ross Products, Takeda, and UCB Pharma.

Prior to inVentiv Health, Kelly served in an executive management position for Symix Systems, a marketer and developer of e-business software. Previous to Symix, Kelly spent over 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP in their management consulting group, working with Fortune 500 companies to improve processes and increase overall efficiencies throughout each organization.

Mike Ivers, Chief Operating Officer, PharmaNet/i3

Mike Ivers, Chief Operating Officer of PharmaNet/i3, actively participates in and leads day-to-day operations to enhance PharmaNet/i3's productivity and client service.

In his previous role as Executive Vice President of inVentiv Health, Mr. Ivers played a lead role in driving the integration and growth of the company’s expanding Clinical segment. He also helped support the formulation and implementation of inVentiv’s overall global growth strategy.

Mr. Ivers has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and drug development industry. He served as Global President of Fisher BioPharma Services and later as Division President of ThermoFisher, where he successfully built the division into a $700 million industry leader. Previously, Mr. Ivers served at Covance as Vice President and General Manager overseeing the global clinical supplies business. He also held corporate roles at the company in the U.S. and Europe.

Prior to Covance, Mr. Ivers worked for 18 years at SmithKline Beecham in a variety of management roles including finance, marketing, product development, strategic planning and operational management.

Mr. Ivers originates from the U.K., where he initially started his career in finance, working in both private practice and industry after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.

Jeff McMullen, President, PharmaNet/i3

Jeffrey McMullen is President of inVentiv Health’s Clinical segment, PharmaNet/i3.

Mr. McMullen has more than 35 years of experience in the drug development industry in the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia. In 1983, Mr. McMullen joined a small CRO of 15 people, holding leadership positions in clinical and business development roles.

In 1989, the Company was sold to Corning and became the foundation of the Covance clinical development business. In 1996, he co-founded PharmaNet. His professional experience includes 13 years with major drug development services companies as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Clinical Research, and nine years at Sterling Drug (now Sanofi) in the clinical, regulatory, and drug metabolism areas.

Mr. McMullen is focused on the continued growth and global expansion of the organization.

Paul Mignon, President, inVentiv Health Selling Solutions

Mr. Mignon successfully leads inVentiv Health Selling Solutions, which encompasses all of the companies
that relate to sales teams and sales support services.

In his current role, Mr. Mignon is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive, customized selling solutions that support many of the major pharmaceutical firms, as well as effectively delivering cross-selling and integrated solutions to clients that include services across the broader inVentiv Health organization.

Mr. Mignon joined inVentiv Health in 2002 when he assumed the leadership role for the sales organization. Since that time, he has expanded the active client roster and significantly diversified their service portfolio.
As a consultative business partner, Mr. Mignon has strengthened and stabilized client relationships by providing innovative products and services to meet the challenges of the dynamic pharmaceutical marketplace.

Mr. Mignon’s depth of experience is built on a successful 14-year career with Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he was recognized for many significant accomplishments while holding various leadership roles within the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, including National Sales Director, Sales Training Director, Product Director, and Division Manager.

Mr. Mignon is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in history. He is a member of the editorial board for Product Management Today and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

Nader Naeymi-Rad, Chief Executive Officer, Campbell Alliance

As Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Alliance, inVentiv Health’s Consulting segment, Mr. Naeymi-Rad oversees the six consulting practice areas at Campbell Alliance and works to refine core business processes and improve operational alignment among the practice areas. These efforts include enhancing methods and tools, identifying and shaping new service offerings and new potential practice areas, and leading the firm’s next generation approach to account management.

Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Naeymi-Rad played a pivotal role in the growth of the firm, specifically its Brand Management Practice. The practice currently has more than 80 consulting professionals around the world, and under Mr. Naeymi-Rad’s leadership, it has maintained at least 35 percent year-over-year revenue growth since its inception. He has worked on more than 500 client projects with pharmaceutical and biotech companies in a dozen countries across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Naeymi-Rad has been published in numerous industry journals and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, covering topics related to developing and implementing commercial strategies and improving commercial processes.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

Bill O’Donnell, President, inVentiv Health Communications

As President of inVentiv Health Communications, Bill O’Donnell is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of inVentiv Health Communications, a subsegment of inVentiv Health Commercial. He also oversees client relationships, new business activities and the subsegment’s operational backbone that includes the accounting/finance, human resources, marketing communications, and technology departments.

Prior to joining inVentiv Health Communications (then inChord) in 2001, Mr. O’Donnell was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Bank One’s Retail Customer and Channel Group (now JPMorgan Chase). In this role, he led a team of finance and accounting professionals to provide decision support, financial reporting and analysis, financial control, and strategic and capital planning for a business unit management team. During Mr. O’Donnell’s 17 years with Bank One, he held a number of other positions, including CFO of the Business Banking Group, where he was responsible for the financial management of the small business unit. He also served as a liaison between the retail line of business CFO and Chief Executive Officer and the Bank One Corporation CFO and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. O’Donnell holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. He also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Chuck Shea, Executive Vice President, inVentiv Health Commercial

Chuck Shea, Executive Vice President of inVentiv Health Commercial, has more than 25 years of experience building and operating profitable healthcare, business services and outsourcing companies.

Among his prior roles, Mr. Shea served as COO at Cross Country Travcorps, a healthcare staffing company, where he led the company to achieve a 35% increase in its bottom line. He also served as a Board Director at Logisticare, a healthcare transportation management company, where he worked with the CEO and Board to increase annualized revenues from $45M to $200M and EBITDA from $3M to $19M in four years. In addition, as Executive Vice President at Sodexo USA, a provider of outsourced management services to hospitals, schools and nursing homes, he helped the company grow from being a $230M regional player to a $4.5B market leader. He has held numerous other leadership roles, including CEO, Chairman and Board Director of various companies and has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive revenues, increase margins, convert strategy into results, turnaround underperforming assets, and lead organizations through rapid growth cycles.

As Executive Vice President of inVentiv Health Commercial, Mr. Shea oversees inVentiv Health Selling Solutions and Selling Accelerators, focusing his operational expertise on coordinating services across these groups, broadening the use of the reAgent model, and expanding inVentiv’s position as the industry leader in outsourced sales solutions.

Mr. Shea holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Salem State University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
